     On October 13, 2005, Dex Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release regarding the date and time of the conference call during which the Company will announce and discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2005. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
