On October 21, 2010, the board of directors of ONEOK, Inc. announced an increase in our quarterly dividend to 48 cents per share of common stock from 46 cents per share, effective for the third quarter 2010, payable November 12, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business October 29, 2010.
