The registrant has experienced a delay in preparing the Form 10-K for the
year ended July 31, 2009 and needs additional time to complete the Form 10-K and
the financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2009.

The registrant expects a net loss to common shareholders of approximately
$714,000 during the year ended July 31, 2009 as compared to a net loss to common
shareholders of approximately $1,680,000 during the year ended July 31, 2008, a
decreased loss of approximately $966,000 or approximately 57%.
