Throughout this Current Report on Form 8-K, the terms we, us, our and Company refer to BioSpecifics Technologies Corp.
ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On September 14, 2018, the Company renewed its Agreement of Lease (the Renewed Lease) with 35 Wilbur Street Associates, LLC (the Landlord) for the Companys administrative headquarters located at 35 Wilbur Street, Lynbrook, New York 11563 (the Premises). Neither the Company nor its affiliates have a material relationship or affiliation with the Landlord.
The term of the Renewed Lease is one year, expiring November 30, 2019, provided, however, that the Company has the option to cancel the Renewed Lease, without penalty, at any time by giving the Landlord three months prior notice.
Pursuant to the Renewed Lease, the Companys monthly base rent is $11,499.50.
