On April 30, 2019, BioSpecifics Technology Corp. (the "Company") filed its Proxy Statement and Proxy Card with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). In anticipation of our 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "2019 Annual Meeting"), we filed our Proxy Statement and Proxy Card on April 30, 2019 with the SEC. As described in the Proxy Statement, the purposes of the 2019 Annual Meeting are to seek Stockholder approval of the following three proposals:

  1. To elect Mr. Michael Schamroth to the second class of directors of the Board of Directors of the Company to serve for a three-year term as specified in the Proxy Statement;
