February 9, 2009, James D. Merselis, a director of Chembio Diagnostics
Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation as a
director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Merselis
did not resign due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter
relating to the Company’s operations, policies, disclosures and/or
practices.
