Item 12. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 4, 2004, Wireless Facilities, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year 2004. In addition, the Company announced that it intends to restate its financial statements filed on Form 10-K for the years 2000 through 2003 to accrue for certain foreign tax contingencies.
