Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) has today made available on its website though the link http://www.invernessmedical.com/investorrelations.cfm an investor presentation which includes 2005 guidance which includes the Company’s recently announced results of operations for the first quarter of 2005 (but excludes the impact of the recent Quidel settlement).  The presentation also includes 2004 pro forma results and 2005 pro forma guidance which includes actual results for Binax, Inc. and Ischemia Technologies, Inc. as if acquired on January 1, 2004.  The guidance and pro formas are provided on a cash adjusted basis and are reconciled to GAAP.
