ITEM 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
On April 17, 2007, we were granted a Modification of Contract Agreement with the United States Marine Corps to provide sustainment Integrated Logistics Support for the U.S. Marine Corps Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle program for consideration of approximately $6.9 million.
Under the terms of the contract, Force Dynamics, LLC will supply support including deployment blocks, maintenance workshop blocks, field service representatives and operator and maintenance training in connection with previous vehicle contracts.
