On May 5, 2008, SupportSoft, Inc. issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing its results of operations for the first quarter of 2008.

Item 8.01. Other Events.
On May 5, 2008, SupportSoft, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of YourTechOnline.com, a provider of remote technology services based in Kelowna, British Columbia. YourTechOnline’s service delivery methodology involves technical support agents who view and control a computer screen remotely. The financial terms of the cash transaction were not disclosed.
