On July 10, 2008, Tuesday Morning Corporation, a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing net sales, comparable store sales percentage and estimated diluted earnings per share for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2008 and the fiscal year ended June 30, 2008.
