On August 29, 2008 the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.017 per share on its common stock.  This dividend will be payable on September 19, 2008 to shareholders of record of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on September 8, 2008.   A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
