Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 21, 2009, Scott Klein, Idearc Inc.’s (the “Corporation”) Chief Executive Officer announced the reorganization of the Corporation’s Sales divisions from three to two — East and West. As part of the reorganization, Scott Laver’s position as Executive Vice President — Central is being eliminated, effective immediately. Mr. Laver will retire from the Corporation, effective September 30, 2009.
