iStar Financial Inc. announced today that James Burns, its chief financial officer, has resigned, effective April 16, 2010.  The company is initiating a search for a new chief financial officer.  Until a new chief financial officer is hired, other members of iStar’s senior management team will assume Mr. Burns’ responsibilities.
