On December 6, 2012, Ventas, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.62 per share, payable in cash on December 28, 2012 to stockholders of record on December 17, 2012. The dividend is the fourth quarterly installment of the Company’s 2012 annual dividend.
