On August 7, 2013, International Transmission Company (“ITCTransmission”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITC Holdings Corp., priced an offering of $285.0 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.625% First Mortgage Bonds, Series E, due 2043 (the “Bonds”).
A copy of the press release announcing the pricing of the Bonds is filed as an exhibit hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
