*  This amendment is being made to clarify that Mr. Frieder is not a member of the board of directors of United Resources Inc. (the "Issuer") and does not own any of the Issuer's securities.  The previous Form 3 filed on April 2, 2010 by Mr. Frieder with respect to the Issuer was submitted as a result of an administrative error.
