(1) | These shares of common stock represent restricted share units granted pursuant to a Restricted Share Unit Agreement between Mr. Abbott and the Issuer and are subject to forfeiture. The restricted share units awarded vest in eleven installments of 8,333 shares on each of the following dates: March 31, 2018, June 30, 2018, September 30, 2018, December 31, 2018, March 31, 2019, June 30, 2019, September 30, 2019, December 31, 2019, March 31, 2020, June 30, 2020, and September 30, 2020; and one installment of 8,337 shares on December 31, 2020. |
