On June 22, 2006, Bodisen Biotech, Inc. announced that it has signed new product supply contracts to supply 200,000 metric tons of bio compound fertilizers. A copy of the press release that discusses this matter is filed as Exhibit 99.1to, and incorporated by reference in, this report.
