RESULTS
OF OPERATION AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On
November 14, 2007, Glowpoint, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing the filing of its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ending
September 30, 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished as
Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
