Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 24, 2010, we made the announcement that Levitt-Safety has become a
distributor for Lamperd Less Lethal. We also included this information from their
website:  "Levitt-Safety has grown over the past 75 years to become the
largest specialist supplier of safety equipment and services in Canada."
Finally, we stated that we look forward to their sales involvement of the
Lamperd product line and included Levitt-Safety's website:
www.levitt-safety.com.
