Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 2, 2018, Fluidigm Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K disclosing the announcement by Steven C. McPhail, the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer, of his intention to retire from the Company in early 2019. Mr. McPhail’s retirement was effective on April 18, 2019.
