Nova adds two additional Standalone Optical CD Customers in the Asia Pacific Region
 
Company received multi-million dollar orders for multiple tools from both customers

REHOVOT, Israel, September 13, 2010 - Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI) provider of leading edge stand-alone metrology and the market leader of integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, today announced the addition of two new standalone optical CD customers. The Company reported that one of the customers is a foundry and the other a leading edge memory manufacturer and that both are users of the company’s market leading integrated metrology platform.

Commenting on the announcement, Noam Shintel, Director of Marketing at Nova said: “These two very important new customer wins further solidify our market position in the fast growing segment of standalone Optical CD metrology.
