Ruth's Chris Steak House, Inc. issued a press release on December 4, 2007 announcing that Thomas J. Pennison, Jr., the Company's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will leave the Company to pursue other business and personal interests, but will stay in his current role until a successor is identified and retained. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
