Item 8.01 Other Events
The 2018 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Asure Software, Inc. has been changed from the date previously disclosed in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 9, 2018. The new date for the 2018 Annual Meeting is May 16, 2018.
The record date remains unchanged – stockholders of record on March 19, 2018 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
