Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 13, 2003, Atmos Energy Corporation (the “Company”) announced in a news release concerning financial results for the fiscal 2003 second quarter and six month period ended March 31, 2003, that its officers will discuss such financial results on May 14, 2003 at 7:00 a.m. CDT. In the release, the Company also announced that the presentation would be webcast live and that slides for the broadcast would also be available on its website. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety into this Item 9.
