ITEM 5. OTHER EVENTS AND REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

 

On January 30, 2004, SRA International, Inc. announced that it had completed its acquisition of ORION Scientific Systems, a privately-held company focused on national security and homeland defense. The transaction includes both a cash and stock component, but the terms were not disclosed.

 

ORION provides analytical support, training, system development, and proprietary knowledge management applications to its customers in the intelligence agencies, Department of Defense, and law enforcement community.
