Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

 

Effective July 12, 2005, Mr. Harald Norvik was elected to our Board of Directors as a Class I director. Mr. Norvik will serve as a member of the Public Policy Committee and he will receive compensation and perquisites in accordance with policies and procedures previously approved by the Board of Directors for non-employee directors of the Company.
