    On December 7, 2005, the Company issued a press release reporting that it is in talks with Micron Technology, Inc. to jointly develop advanced reticle technologies necessary to support the fabrication of integrated circuits at and below the 45 nanometer logic node. A copy of the press release is attached to this 8-K.
