On August 26, 2008, Portman Limited (“Portman”) filed with the Australian Stock Exchange its unaudited half year report for the period ended June 30, 2008. The “Half Year Report for the Half-Year Ended June 30, 2008” is contained in Item 9.01 as exhibit 99(a) on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
