Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 17, 2013, Antonella Mancuso, President, Global Commercial Operations and Chief Manufacturing Officer for Patheon Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that she plans to resign from her positions with the Company and its subsidiaries, effective July 10, 2013.
