On January 24, 2014, the Offering Memorandum relating to the 7.000% senior notes due 2018 (the “Notes”) issued by Rialto Holdings, LLC (“Rialto”) and Rialto Corporation, each a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lennar Corporation (“Lennar”), was posted to Rialto’s website at http://rialtocapital.com in the Rialto in the News-Press Releases section.

Lennar anticipates that Rialto will from time to time post to its website information regarding Rialto and its subsidiaries, including financial information required by the indenture relating to the Notes.
