Departure of Certain Officers
On February 24, 2015, LyondellBasell Industries N.V. (the “Company”) announced that Karyn F. Ovelmen, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company. Ms. Ovelmen has committed to continue serving as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer for up to three months while the Company conducts a search for her successor.
