The combined company that will bring Freescale and NXP together has the ability to uniquely position ourselves to be able to serve our customers in a complete seamless fashion by offering the security leadership that we have, combined with the computing leadership that Freescale has, with the connectivity solutions that we have together, to be able to drive a total solution for our customers.

But until the time that we close the transaction, we’ll continue to remain competitors, but we have to be sure that we focus on meeting the requirements associated with that, and focus on delighting our customers, and meeting our requirements, and delivering our results as effectively as we can, on a stand-alone basis.

So, a lot of challenges. The stage is set now. It’s time to go to work—as soon as we are able to close the deal. But in the meantime again, it’s important that we stay focus on the task at hand and being sure we delight our customers and meet the requirements and the plans that we have in place.

Thank you.
