América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (the “Company”) has filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014 (the “2014 Annual Report”). Such filing was made on April 30, 2015, but it occurred after the deadline for being considered effective as of that date. This was due to unforeseen logistical difficulties in the final preparation of the 2014 Annual Report for transmission and filing.
