Hi, my name is Keith Shull and I am the new Chief HR Officer for NXP.

My role is to manage and lead the Human Resource programs globally to ensure we have the best talent available to build, and operate one of the world’s best semiconductor companies.

We are off to a great start on that goal. Combined NXP & Freescale have the people, culture, technology, customers, size and strength to compete against anyone.

Our opportunity is to ensure we have the right strategies, leadership, performance, and people working together to accomplish our goals.

We all have a lot of work to do and each of us, individually, will contribute to the type of company we want to be. The culture starts with each of us, our attitudes, teamwork, loyalty, work ethic and motivation. The culture is a collection of how we choose to treat each other.
