Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A. Senior Secured Notes Offering

On March 21, 2016, Intelsat Jackson Holdings S.A. (“Intelsat Jackson”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Intelsat S.A., announced an offering of up to $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”).

The offering materials used in connection with the offering included information regarding Intelsat Jackson and the offering. This information is excerpted from the offering materials and is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.2.
