Partner Letter

July 26, 2016

Dear <Partner>,

I am excited to inform you that LogMeIn has recently entered an agreement to merge Citrix’s GoTo family of products into LogMeIn. Together we’ll become one of the world’s top 10 SaaS companies – a market leader with over $1 billion in revenue, nearly 3,000 employees and more than two million customers in virtually every country across the globe.

You can learn more about the announcement by reading our press release <Link to LogMeIn GoTo Merger Press Release on GlobeNewswire.com> and our blog <Link to CEO Blog Post on Blog.LogMeInInc.com>, but I did want to take a moment to provide additional context.

First and foremost, this announcement will have no immediate impact on our relationship. The deal isn’t expected to close until the first quarter of 2017, and is subject to standard regulatory approvals. Until the transaction closes, GoTo and LogMeIn remain separate entities, will operate independently as competitors, and will focus on achieving their respective goals.

The combined company will eventually operate under a common leadership team, with LogMeIn’s CEO, Bill Wagner taking the role of CEO of the combined company. As for as our product portfolio, which includes <product brand>, we believe that the complementary nature of the companies’ offerings puts us in a great future position to better serve the needs of our customers and partners today, while expanding our reach and accelerating product innovation to bring customers more choice, greater possibilities and better business outcomes. That said, we have a long way to go before we can comment on any roadmap specifics. For the foreseeable future, partners can expect that LogMeIn products will be fully supported.

As additional decisions become public, I’ll make sure to keep you apprised. I would like to set up a time to talk later this week, or next week, to answer any questions that you may have.

I look forward to continuing to work with you as we embark on this exciting new chapter of our partnership.

Thank you,

<LogMeIn business development contact>
