American 2016-3 EETC Class B American Airlines, Inc. (“American”) intends to issue $193,440,000 in aggregate face amount of Pass Through Certificates, Series 2016-3 Class B (“American 2016-3 Class B” or “Certificates”) The proceeds from the 2016-3 offering will be used to finance 25 aircraft currently owned by American: Five (5) Airbus A321-200 aircraft Eight (8) Boeing 737-800 aircraft Four (4) Boeing 787-9 aircraft Eight (8) Embraer ERJ 175 LR aircraft American previously issued $557,654,000 aggregate face amount of Pass Through Certificates, Series 2016-3 Class AA and $256,143,000 aggregate face amount of Pass Through Certificates, Series 2016-3 Class A, on October 3, 2016.
