On April 24, 2019, SunCoke Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of 2019. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

As noted above, on April 24, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of 2019. Additional information concerning the Company’s financial results for the first quarter of 2019 will be presented in a slide presentation to investors during a previously announced teleconference on April 24, 2019. A copy of the slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
