     On October 15, 2003, RadiSys Corporation issued a press release announcing its results for the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2003. Additionally, on October 15, 2003, RadiSys Corporation held a conference call discussing its results for the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2003. A copy of the text of this conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
