The Board of Directors of the Company has set April 27, 2012 as the record date for determining stockholders entitled to vote at the 2012 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, June 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. EDT, in New York City.
