Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 31, 2016, Joseph B. Anderson, Jr. provided the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Meritor, Inc. (“Meritor”) with notice of his resignation as a director of Meritor, effective January 24, 2017. Mr. Anderson has served as a director of Meritor since July 2000. Mr. Anderson’ decision to resign from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with Meritor on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
