ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 27, 2006, Moog Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release discussing
results of operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2005. A copy of the
press release is included as exhibit 99.1 of this report.
