Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. published a news release on November 9, 2010 as follows:

CLEVELAND – Nov. 9, 2010 – Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common shares of $0.14 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on Dec. 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 19, 2010.

Over recent years, Cliffs has been executing a strategy designed to achieve scale in the mining industry and focused on serving the world's largest and fastest growing steel markets.
