On December 19, 2008, the Company established a securities trading account to make investments in the listed securities of public companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. The Company plans to deposit up to US$25 million in the securities trading account. The board of directors and the audit committee of the Company have approved this investment strategy and believe that this strategy would improve the Company’s investment return from its cash and cash equivalent.
