Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On July 12, 2016, Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it signed a three-year service agreement with one of the largest national department store chains in the U.S. at approximately 1,000 retail locations throughout the country. The Company, through its Titan Energy Systems Inc. subsidiary, will service and maintain the backup energy systems at the retail locations. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
