VERO BEACH, FL - - June 9, 2010 - - ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc.  (OTCBB: AMRR and AMRRW) (“ARMOUR” or the “Company”) today announced that the NYSE Amex, LLC ("NYSE Amex") has approved the listing of the Company's common stock and warrants, subject to official notice of issuance and the completion of the Company's pending underwritten public offering. ARMOUR expects its common stock and warrants to begin trading on NYSE Amex under the ticker symbols "ARR" and "ARR.WS" upon the pricing of the offering.
