Item 2.02 - Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On the conference call held on January 24, 2019 to review fiscal second quarter 2019 financial results, the Company correctly reported that engine production volume in the second quarter was “7% lower than the second quarter last year.” However, the Company inadvertently cited that the fiscal second quarter 2019 engine production volume was 1.2 million units. The correct number of engine production units for the fiscal second quarter 2019 was 1.7 million units. The Company does not believe this correction to be material and is furnishing this Current Report to correct the public record.
