Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On June 12, 2018, at the 2018 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of BSQUARE Corporation (the “Company”), the Company’s shareholders approved the three proposals listed below. The final voting results for each proposal are set forth below. The proposals are described in detail in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on April 27, 2018, and the supplement to proxy statement filed with the SEC on May 10, 2018.

To elect William D. Savoy as a Class III Director, to serve for the ensuing three years and until his successor is duly elected and qualified.
